We understand some animals don't fit in certain homes, but others do. We provide a two-week guaranteed policy. Within those two weeks from the adoption date, you can bring the pet back if things are not a good fit. If within a month beyond the two week period, if things are not working out, you must submit a surrender request and we can accept the pet once we have space or a foster home ready for the pet. Anything beyond a month, the owner must submit a surrender request to us, however we cannot guarantee immediate placement and the owner must also promote for a new home on their own.
